We won’t sell anyone a product if we suspect they’re misusing it, and we reserve the right to cancel any order. Please refrain from implying ingestion of the product, or we won’t be able to sell it to you.

Refund Policy

At Re-leaf LLC, we strive to provide exceptional products and service to our valued customers. While we generally don’t accept returns, we assess each case individually and issue refunds if there’s a valid reason. Certain circumstances may warrant a refund, especially if we’ve made an error, in which case we’ll provide a 100% refund.

Valid Reasons for Refund:

Product Defects: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately for a refund or replacement.

Incorrect Item Received: In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, we will gladly refund your purchase or send you the correct item at no additional cost.

Missing Items: If any items are missing from your order, please notify us promptly, and we will either refund the cost of the missing items or ship them to you as soon as possible.

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

Buyer’s Remorse: We understand that preferences can change. However, we are more inclined to offer alternatives, such as reshipping an item or including additional items in your next order, rather than issuing refunds for cases of buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction.

Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind about a purchase or decide you no longer want the item, we regret to inform you that we cannot issue a refund. In such cases, we encourage you to consider alternative solutions, such as gifting the item to a friend or family member who may appreciate it.

Unpredictable nature: Due to the unpredictable nature of kratom research we cannot give refunds based on the buyer’s expectations of research results or predicted outcomes

Refund Process:

To request a refund or report an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will review your case promptly and provide assistance accordingly.

Right To Delay:
If there’s any uncertainty about your order, we reserve the right to delay it until everything is confirmed. In the event that we ship to an address provided by the customer and it’s incorrect or undeliverable, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of reshipping to a new address. We’re not liable for addresses omitted from the original order. However, if we make a mistake, we’ll take responsibility and address the issue accordingly.

Ordering from the ‘Pick For Me’ category is simple and convenient, offering two straightforward methods. The first method involves selecting your desired product from a blend or strain, choosing the color (Red, White, or Green), and selecting the label (Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum) before adding it to your cart and proceeding to checkout.

Alternatively, if you’ve purchased a combo deal, ordering it is just as easy. Simply inform us of your favorite colors in the order notes, and we’ll take care of the rest. If you’re unsure of your favorite colors, we recommend taking the time to figure that out before placing your order.

How to write an order note on Pick For Me products:

Before you finalize the check out process, you must use the “Order Notes” during that process. Inside those order notes you must tell us what colors you like to collect. While we would never give you products to ingest based on the colors you provide, it will give us more data for marketing purposes.

This option is our most popular option because we never let down our customers. But for the sake of legality, we must emphasize, we are not giving you an ingestible product based on the colors provided, but are simply selecting products that you can add to your collection of products. And rest assured, we never let down a customer.

Before you end your checkout process, you must copy and paste a statement in your order notes, only when ordering the “Pick For Me” products. Copy the statement. And, only if you understand our process: “I understand that you aren’t selling me these items to ingest, as I do not plan to ingest them”

You have to trust us that we will make you happy.

Buyer’s Protection is only offered on the 50g “Pick For Me” packages.

If you consider our method of kratom distribution strange, you might find it beneficial to search for a vendor that better suits your preferences. Any insinuation of ingestion will result in order cancellation.

In our 8 years of business, very few folks have been unhappy with our selections. But, just in case there are issues, all 50g packages purchased in the ‘Pick For Me’ category will come with up to 50% insurance. So, if you buy twenty 50g packages and you are unhappy with a product, we will replace that product on your next order.  We will replace up to 50% of each class. This is a seamless experience, and all you have to do is fill the form out below. How much easier could it get? But terms do apply. While we do offer this a gesture of good faith, we do have terms that apply to avoid abuse.

Buyer’s Insurance Coverage:

  • Our insurance policy allows you to replace up to 50% of a product within each class.
  • If you’re dissatisfied with a product from a particular class, you can replace it under certain terms.

Replacement Terms:

  • To replace a product, you must purchase the same amount of the same class of product on your next order.
  • For example, if you want to replace two Bronze Label products, you must buy two Bronze Label products on your next order, and your prior order must have included at least four Bronze Label products.
  • You cannot replace products from one class with products from a newer class.

  • This insurance policy applies only to products purchased directly from our store.
  • Replacement requests must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping

Shipping is unavailable on Saturday or Sunday. Additionally, shipping may be affected on any day when a natural disaster or unforeseen circumstances cause the post office to close or lose power

Products will not be shipped until payment is confirmed.

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible and prioritize our customers’ satisfaction. However, please note that the following guide is provided to help manage expectations, but we are not obligated to meet these times.

This option means that we have up to 1 business day to ship your product using USPS PRIORITY. We highly recommend you choose EXPRESS shipping if you expect your package to get to your shipping address ASAP. This selection is meant for folks who want their package fast but not quite as fast as EXPRESS and economically, it’s not to hard on the wallet. This selection is not guaranteed to land at a certain time, just guaranteed to ship within 1 business day. But EXPRESS, comes with a guarantee.

When does order have to be in for same day shipping?

WHAT IS A BUSINESS DAY?

Our same day shipping ends at 9AM  EST. Any order completed AND payed for before that time (unless E-check isn’t verified) would be considered the first business day. If the order is completed after 9AM EST. Then, the first business day would be the next day we are open for business.

For example if you completed your order at 9:05AM EST on Friday, the first business day would be the following Monday. 

Another example would be, if you completed your order at 8:55AM EST on Friday, the first business day would be the that day. 

Another example would be, if you completed your order at 9:05AM EST on Friday and you selected EXPRESS shipping, the first business day would be the following Monday. 

Tracking
Once we ship your item using USPS services, it’s your responsibility to track it. We cannot expedite, reroute, or file any lost mail claims until 14 days for domestic packages and 21 days for international shipments have passed. Please refrain from being overly aggressive with us about this issue, as there’s nothing we can do until the 14th day. On average, 1-2% of shipments experience delays up to 14 days (the longest for Express being 4 days). Priority or USPS First Class Shipping do not come with guarantees. Delays, unfortunately, are beyond our control once USPS has your package. We will replace any package immediately after the 14th (4th day if Express) day of its delinquency. Most packages eventually arrive, regardless of tracking status, as USPS is known for mis-scanning packages. We won’t contact USPS to search for your package before the 14th day (4th day if Express). It’s entirely the customer’s responsibility to call and track the package before the 14th day. From our experience, USPS typically advises waiting 14 days for domestic lost mail claims and 21 days for international ones. If you choose to call USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777), please have your shipping details ready for easier assistance.

Approximately 1-2% of all shipments are unscanned. Therefore, please don’t worry if the tracking seems unusual. All packages sent via Priority or Economy shipping should be prepared for a potential 14-day wait, as there is no guaranteed shipping for these options. Express shipping is the only guaranteed option available.

We ship from Maine and a package to NJ has landed in 15 days before. Only 3 packages have ever been lost in 7 years. 

About our E-checks:

We accept checking accounts for transactions, but new accounts may require 1 to 6 business days for the first order to ship. This is because banks take time to process checks and we need to ensure legitimacy and sufficient funds. Once we verify your account, you can make instant purchases of up to $350. You order online and we will invoice you to put in your information.

After your first purchase, instant purchasing becomes available as we verify accounts through a third-party check company. In case of an emergency account switch, instant purchases are possible if you provide an active bank statement with redacted details except for the last 4 digits of the account, your name, date, and amount.

Orders over $350 using a check or e-check must have fully processed payments before shipping. We reserve the right to delay shipments if payment is incomplete or instructions are not followed. E-check orders must be placed before 9 AM EST for same-day shipping, processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Bounced checks incur a $40 fee plus the order amount.

For new customers using the “Checking Account” option, the first purchase requires waiting until funds are withdrawn for shipping. After the initial purchase, instant purchases under $350 are unlocked. Processing the first payment may take 2 to 6 business days, and a completion email will be sent once payment is finalized. Please ensure your account balance is sufficient during this period.

Fast Options

Debit/Credit: You know how to use this if you are an adult.
Cryptocurrency is fastest transaction for General Customers. Same day shipping ends at 9am for this type of transaction. Cryptocurrency funds must be completely transferred by 9:30AM.

Membership

Inactivity for more than 180 days will result in membership termination. If you have not logged into your account for 180 days, your login and password will be inactive. Users must regularly sign in to maintain membership. A sign in, isn’t the only requirement. A transaction or a form entry must be done every 180 days to remain an active member.

Buyer shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Re-leaf LLC and its employees, agents, successors, officers, and assigns, from any suits, losses, claims, demands, liabilities, costs and expenses (including attorney and accounting fees) that Re-leaf LLC may sustain or incur arising from (a) Buyer’s use of the products (including without limitation to storage, handling, and transportation of products), (b) use of the products by a third party with Buyer’s authorization, (c) use of the products by a third party without Buyer’s authorization, where such unauthorized use is due to Buyer’s negligent act or omission, or willful misconduct, (d) Buyer’s failure to comply with any applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation those regarding the export of products or technology abroad, the Toxic Substance Control Act, and the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986, or to obtain any licenses or approvals from the appropriate government agencies necessary to purchase and use the products), or (e) the Buyer’s breach of any of its obligations set forth in these Terms or in the Agreement. Re-leaf LLC will provide Buyer with: (i) prompt written notice
of such claim of which Re-leaf LLC is aware; (ii) control over the defense and settlement of such claim; and (iii) proper and full information and assistance at Buyer’s expense to settle and/or defend any such claim. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Buyer shall not settle any such claim, suit or proceeding without the written consent of Re-leaf LLC tom, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
